Well Well - an evening on dialogue on social change

WELL, WELL is a thought-provoking evening with Malcolm Gladwell and Mark Kingwell – two of the world’s most popular thinkers, theorists, authors and speakers – as they dive into a discussion about social change. This fundraising event benefits Massey College in the University of Toronto and The Canadian Journalism Foundation.

The evening will be introduced by John Fraser, Master of Massey College and interim Board Chair of The Canadian Journalism Foundation. The discussion will be moderated by Avril Benoît, journalist and Communications Director for Médecins Sans Frontières.

The Speakers

Malcolm Gladwell is a staff writer for The New Yorker. He is best known as the author of The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference and Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking.

Mark Kingwell is Professor of Philosophy at U of T, a contributing editor of Harper’s Magazine, and a former columnist for both the The National Post and The Globe and Mail. Among his award- winning books are the bestsellers Better Living and The World We Want.
